Dim Sum Section:
Prepare and produce a variety of dim sum such as
dumplings, bao, shumai, har gow, wontons, spring rolls
Prepare dough, fillings, sauces, and steam items accurately
Operate dim sum cooking equipment (steamers, wok, fryers)
Ensure consistency in taste, size, and texture
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of
Japanese and Chinese cuisine
Expertise in sushi rolling and dim sum preparation
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
Excellent knife skills and ingredient knowledge
Understanding of food safety and storage standards
Creativity in food presentation and plating
Team player with good communication skills
