Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Sushi Section:



Prepare authentic sushi including

maki, nigiri, sashimi, uramaki, and hand rolls

Handle and cut fish, seafood, and vegetables with precision Maintain freshness and quality of ingredients Prepare sushi rice with correct seasoning and texture Design attractive sushi platters and presentations

Dim Sum Section:



Prepare and produce a variety of dim sum such as

dumplings, bao, shumai, har gow, wontons, spring rolls

Prepare dough, fillings, sauces, and steam items accurately Operate dim sum cooking equipment (steamers, wok, fryers) Ensure consistency in taste, size, and texture

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of

Japanese and Chinese cuisine

Expertise in sushi rolling and dim sum preparation Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen Excellent knife skills and ingredient knowledge Understanding of food safety and storage standards Creativity in food presentation and plating Team player with good communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
