Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare high-quality sushi (nigiri, maki, sashimi, etc.). Create traditional and innovative dimsum dishes (dumplings, buns, etc.). Maintain hygiene, food safety, and station cleanliness. Manage inventory and minimize waste. Work with the culinary team to develop new menu items. Train and guide junior staff as needed.

Requirements:



3+ years' experience in sushi and dimsum preparation. Strong knife skills and cooking techniques.
