We are looking for a

young, energetic, and passionate Surveyor / Back Office Executive

to join our growing team in Kolkata.
This role is more than just field surveying -- it also includes back-office coordination, documentation support, and assisting the claims team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

survey inspections

for motor or non-motor insurance claims Collect on-site details, take photographs, and prepare preliminary notes Support senior surveyors in documentation and claim assessment Manage

back-office tasks

: data entry, report setup, follow-ups, and coordination Communicate with customers, workshops, and insurance companies Maintain records in the internal system with accuracy

Candidate Profile

Young, enthusiastic & hardworking

Minimum qualification:

Higher Secondary / Graduate

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling) Good communication & interpersonal skills Willing to travel within Kolkata when required Interest in building a long-term career in the
