Conduct land and building layout surveys using total station, GPS, and other surveying instruments.
Prepare and verify site levels, boundary markings, and layout as per approved drawings.
Coordinate with project engineers and architects for site measurement verification and setting out works.
Maintain survey records, drawings, and ensure accuracy in data collection and reporting.
Assist in preparing as-built drawings, quantity verification, and boundary dispute clarifications if any.
Skills & Requirements:
Proficiency in Total Station, AutoCAD, and basic computer usage.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings, levels, and coordinates.
Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
Ability to coordinate with multiple site teams and consultants.
