We are looking for an experienced

Surveyor

with 3-4 years of experience in

residential/ commercial/ multi-storied building construction

, including

Mivan (aluminium) shuttering systems

. The candidate will be responsible for accurate surveying, setting out, and level control to ensure precise execution of structural works.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out land, topographical, and construction surveys for building projects. Perform

layout marking, line and level setting

for Mivan shuttering works. Ensure accurate

verticality, alignment, and level control

for walls, columns, slabs, and core walls using Mivan systems. Check and verify

Mivan shuttering layouts

as per approved architectural and structural drawings. Coordinate with site engineers, Mivan shuttering teams, and contractors for survey-related activities. Monitor levels during excavation, PCC, footing, raft, slab casting, and superstructure works. Prepare and maintain survey data, measurement sheets, and as-built drawings. Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as

Total Station, Auto Level, Dumpy Level, GPS

, etc. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and project specifications.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in

Civil Engineering / Surveying

. 3-4 years of relevant site experience in

Mivan shuttering-based construction projects

. Strong knowledge of layout marking, grid setting, and level transfer for high-rise structures. Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and shuttering drawings. Good coordination, communication, and documentation skills. Willingness to work at site locations.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in

high-rise or mass housing projects using Mivan technology

. Working knowledge of

AutoCAD

for layout and verification. Familiarity with construction quality control and tolerance standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
