? Purpose of Position

+ The job incumbent is responsible for execution/inspection in QA/QC field of Civil Projects (Infrastructure / Commercial Structures).
+ The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy


? Major Responsibilities


Inspection of Civic Projects - Infrastructure / Commercial Structures in the following:+ Soil Investigation
+ Design
+ Structures
+ Lab Testing
+ Piling / Foundation
+ RCC
+ Review of QAP & Quality Manual


? Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)

+ Time taken to deliver the report to the client
+ Quality of report
+ Number of surveys / inspections done in the allocated timeframe
+ Client claims
+ Detention ratio
+ Customer satisfaction
+ Additional sales, cross- selling, number of commercial opportunities referred
+ Share information, Best practise, Knowledge Management


? Qualification and Experience

+ An Engineering Graduate/Diploma / B.SC (Civil) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.


? Skills & Qualities:

+ Excellent interpersonal skills.
+ An intrinsic Task Master.
+ Should have good leadership abilities and skills.
+ Should have a pleasing personality
+ Good communication and presentation skills.
+ Proficient in MS office
+ Self starter
