Our mission is to make democracy more data-driven, inclusive, and people-centric. Position Overview: We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Field Surveyors to join our dynamic team. The selected candidates will be responsible for collecting accurate and meaningful data from the ground, interacting with citizens, understanding local sentiments, and contributing to the development of data-backed political strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct field surveys in assigned regions, collecting public opinion, demographic, and behavioral data. 2. Use digital tools, apps, and paper forms to record survey responses. 3. Engage with citizens respectfully to gather honest and insightful information. 4. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. 5. Report daily progress and challenges to the Field Coordinator. 6. Travel extensively across designated areas to cover assigned survey targets. 7. Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions. Requirements: 1. Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Local language proficiency is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi/English is a plus. 4. Prior experience in field surveys, data collection, or election-related work is preferred. 5. Ability to work independently and meet daily targets. 6.
