Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct land surveys and measurements using advanced surveying equipment and techniques. Collect and analyze survey data to determine boundaries, elevations, and other relevant information. Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Collaborate with project teams to ensure that surveying activities align with project timelines and objectives. Verify survey data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the surveying process. Liaise with government agencies, landowners, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals for surveying activities. Stay updated on local regulations, land laws, and surveying standards in Arunachal Pradesh. Train and mentor junior surveying staff as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Surveyor, preferably in Arunachal Pradesh. Strong proficiency in surveying techniques, equipment, and software (e.g., Total Stations, GPS, GIS). Excellent knowledge of land surveying principles, practices, and regulations. Familiarity with CAD software for survey data processing and mapping. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret survey data and produce accurate reports. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.

Preferred: Experience working in Arunachal Pradesh for at least 5+ years or a strong network of connections in Arunachal Pradesh. Knowledge of the local market and regulatory environment will be valuable to the company.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
