Job Description

A Surveying Engineer is responsible for measuring and mapping the Earth's surface to determine land boundaries and site layouts for construction projects. Experienced inusing advanced technology, including GPS, total stations, and geographic information systems (GIS), to collect precise data that informs engineering designs and land use planning.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct land surveys using traditional and modern surveying equipment.

Prepare and maintain accurate survey records and documents.

Analyze data obtained from surveys and prepare reports for clients and stakeholders.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project compliance.

Provide expert guidance on land use and zoning regulations.

Participate in project planning and design, offering insights based on survey data.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations during surveying activities.
