Develop and communicate the creative vision for the company, aligning with brand values and long-term goals. Identify emerging design trends and technologies, integrating them into our offerings and processes. Inspire, lead, and mentor the design team, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to conceptualize and execute groundbreaking interior environments. Oversee the creative process from concept to completion for all major projects. Set and maintain aesthetic and design standards for all company work. Partner with marketing and business development to shape brand strategy and creative campaigns. Explore new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the company's vision.
