As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a key role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and setting meetings with key decision-makers.Key Responsibilities:- Research, identify, and prospect potential clients across the Kenya region.- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to generate qualified leads.- Schedule discovery calls and meetings between prospects and our account executives.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs including activity targets and lead conversions.- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regional market insights.Qualifications- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in SaaS or tech.- Familiarity with Kenya markets and cultural nuances in business communication.- Fluent in English- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time management abilities.- Comfortable using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).- Resilient, self-driven, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment (ref:updazz.com)
