Position Description:We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing APAC team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a key role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and setting meetings with key decision-makers.Key Responsibilities- Research, identify, and prospect potential clients across the APAC region.- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to generate qualified leads.- Schedule discovery calls and meetings between prospects and our account executives.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs including activity targets and lead conversions. - Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regional market insights.Qualifications:- 2-7 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in SaaS or tech. - Familiarity with APAC markets and cultural nuances in business communication. - Fluent in English; knowledge of another APAC language would be plus. - Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Comfortable using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). - Resilient, self-driven, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment (ref:updazz.com)
