Conducting surveys

Using surveying instruments to measure and map land, including establishing reference systems and control points.

Collecting data

Gathering measurements, coordinates, and other relevant data, such as elevation, distance, and angles.

Creating maps

Using survey data analysis to create detailed maps, plans, and documentation.

Collaborating with project teams

Working with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure surveying activities align with project objectives.

Researching

Conducting research and analysis to gather information on property titles, land records, and legal restrictions.

Maintaining equipment

Calibrating and maintaining survey equipment to ensure it's accurate and functional.
