Responsible for track site survey with use of Total Station, Track master (Trimble GEDO CE). Should be well versed in using latest survey equipment such as Total Station - Leica, Sokkia, Trimble, DGPS-Sokkia. Digital Level, Auto Level etc. Modify survey data, Check as-built data, Alignment fixing, TBM & Control Point fixing. Prepared data sheet track parameter calculation, SOD clearance data &drawing. The horizontal & vertical control traverse fixing. Make the co-ordinates from auto Cad Alignment Drawing as required chainage. Make the profile & cross section data as per site requirement. Should be well versed with using Auto CAD, MS Excel, MS word, SCC Software. Cad Tools & Auto Cad Civil 3D. Control of GFC drawings, Construction work packages, method statements, inspection & Test Plans and also ensuring latest revision document is being used at site. Maintaining master list of drawings, calibration register and updating the same. Having good technical knowledge on various track installation works including turnouts. * Knowledge on FBW & AT welding of rails will be added advantage.
