Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and experienced

Global Survey Delivery Lead

to oversee and unify survey scripting and delivery operations across multiple regional hubs. This role is critical to ensuring consistent delivery, quality, and innovation across all scripting activities, supporting a wide range of platforms and business units.



The Global Survey Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing the performance and development of scripting teams, standardising processes, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer during a period of significant organisational change. This includes supporting the onboarding of new team members, overseeing platform migrations, and maintaining alignment with global operational goals. It also covers the processing of data from the platforms into the results for the end users via uploading to Crunch/ Powerview and PowerBi.


Key Responsibilities




Leadership & Oversight




Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for global scripting teams. Ensure consistent delivery across all scripting platforms (e.g., Tivian, QMOB, Shoppix). Act as the central point of contact for scripting-related escalations and process improvements.

Team Development & Knowledge Management




Oversee onboarding, training, and capability development across all scripting hubs. Ensure robust knowledge transfer and continuity planning, particularly during leadership transitions. Support local scripting managers and leads with coaching and operational guidance.

Process & Quality Assurance




Standardise scripting processes and documentation across regions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality partnering with local operations to improve the full end to end delivery of survey results. Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards.

Technology & Platform Integration




Support platform transitions, including Tivian to Endatix migration and data uploading into Crunch Oversee setup and integration of tools such as the Panelsmart app. Collaborate with product and technology teams to align scripting capabilities with evolving business needs.

Stakeholder Engagement




Partner with regional and global teams to align scripting and result delivery support with business priorities. Liaise with client-facing teams to ensure scripting deliverables meet expectations and timelines. Represent the scripting function in cross-functional forums and initiatives.

Key Requirements




Extensive experience in survey scripting, ideally across multiple platforms. Strong understanding of the end-to-end survey lifecycle and survey delivery workflows. Proven leadership experience, particularly in managing distributed or offshore teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work across time zones and cultures in a fast-paced environment. Experience with platform migrations and process standardisation is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications




Background in global operations or survey delivery leadership roles. Willingness to travel occasionally to support team development and stakeholder engagement. Previous experience or familiarity with coding in R, Python, HTML, SQL or C# is beneficial. Experience working with or setting up workflow management or ticketing systems to ensure smooth communication across multiple stakeholders within a project.
