Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to ensure store safety and security.
Identify and report suspicious activities, theft, or policy violations.
Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data and footage.
Assist management in investigations by providing accurate footage and reports.
Store Operations Oversight
Observe staff adherence to operational procedures, hygiene standards, and service protocols.
Monitor customer flow, crowd control, and overall store discipline.
Report operational issues such as unsafe practices, equipment misuse, or workflow disruptions.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily or incident-based surveillance reports.
Log unusual events and escalate issues to management promptly.
Maintain proper records of surveillance activities.
Equipment Handling
Ensure cameras and monitoring systems are functioning properly.
Report technical issues or malfunctions to management or IT support.
Eligibility :
Any fresher or experienced candidate with good communication and email writing.
Must be graduate or have any equivalent diploma or course
