Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Surveillance Manager, based in Kochi. The Surveillance Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating surveillance operations, ensuring that trading and operational activities comply with company standards and regulations. The role involves monitoring surveillance systems, analyzing real-time data, identifying and addressing discrepancies, and preparing detailed reports. The individual will also lead a team of professionals and foster effective communication for smooth workflow and proactive issue resolution.

Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively. ??Excellent Analytical Skills for identifying, interpreting, and resolving issues in a timely manner. ??Effective Communication skills for coordinating with teams, reporting findings, and delivering updates as needed. ??Experience with Surveillance and Monitoring systems, ensuring adherence to protocols and mitigating risks. ??Knowledge of Trading and operational practices in the relevant industry will be an advantage. ??Familiarity with technical and operational aspects of maintaining infrastructure equipment is beneficial. ??Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and prior experience in supervision or surveillance roles are
