ob Summary:

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Surveillance Executive to monitor store premises through CCTV systems, prevent theft and losses, and ensure the safety and security of customers, staff, and company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously Identify and report suspicious activities, theft, or security breaches Maintain records of incidents and submit daily surveillance reports Coordinate with store management and security staff when required Ensure compliance with company safety and loss-prevention policies Monitor staff movement and adherence to store SOPs Assist in investigations related to shrinkage or loss prevention Ensure surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report issues Maintain strict confidentiality of surveillance data

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong observation and analytical skills Knowledge of CCTV and surveillance systems Attention to detail and alertness Ability to remain calm under pressure Basic computer knowledge Good communication skills

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in surveillance, security, or loss prevention Retail or mall surveillance experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
