1. 24/7 Monitoring Requirement
Continuous surveillance is critical to prevent security breaches, theft, pilferage, and safety incidents. With the current manpower, maintaining round-the-clock monitoring is operationally challenging.
2. Increased Operational Load
Surveillance operations have expanded significantly with additional cameras, increased warehouse activities, new assets, and higher incident reporting requirements. The existing team is unable to manage the increased workload effectively.
3. Incident Response & Real-Time Support
Timely detection and escalation of incidents require dedicated resources across all shifts. Insufficient staffing may lead to delays, increasing overall risk exposure.
4. Compliance & Audit Requirements
Regular audits, incident documentation, footage review, and compliance reporting require resources beyond live monitoring. Additional headcount ensures compliance without affecting core operations.
5. Business Growth & Asset Expansion
With growing business needs, new facilities, and expanded operational zones, surveillance support must scale accordingly to maintain required security standards.
6. Enhanced Control Room Efficiency
Additional headcount will ensure:
Proper shift coverage (Morning, Evening, Night)
Dedicated responsibilities for monitoring, incident handling, and reporting
Backup availability for weekly offs, leaves, and contingencies
