Location - Mumbai Designation -Manager Experience - 8+ years Qualification - CS; LLB;MBA/PGDM full time or part time Age - Below 35 years

Ability to draft letter/communication with Business Partners/ other MIIs , drafting of policy documents, SOPs and all other related documents of surveillance functions.
Interpreting various complex Orders of SEBI, Court and other statutory authority and assist in drafting appropriate response to it.
Drafting of replies to various queries, correspondences, enquiries of SEBI & statutory authorities.
Which are complex in nature and requires legal acumen.
Liaison with Regulatory Authority, Exchanges, Depository and other statutory authorities for various surveillance requirements and prepare draft response on the points discussed in the meeting with the aforesaid entities - Candidate must have a good drafting skills and legal acumen with exposure in capital market domain or depository function and preferable have a CS/ LLB qualification.
