Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented

Surgical Retail Store Manager

with a

pharmaceutical background

to manage the day-to-day operations of our surgical retail outlet. The role involves inventory control, sales management, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth and compliant store operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Vendor Management

Maintain optimal stock levels of surgical and medical supplies. Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper storage and handling of products. Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with vendors and suppliers. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
Sales & Customer Service

Attend to walk-in customers and provide appropriate product guidance. Generate bills, handle cash/card transactions, and manage daily sales. Ensure high standards of customer service and professional communication.
Store Operations

Open and close the store as per schedule. Ensure proper product display, labeling, and store cleanliness. Maintain daily sales, inventory, and basic administrative reports. Ensure compliance with basic pharmacy and retail operational norms.
Eligibility & Requirements

Education:

Graduate (Pharma background mandatory - B.Pharm / D.Pharm)

Experience:

Minimum

2 years

of experience in a surgical store, medical store, or pharma retail environment

Skills:

Good computer knowledge (billing, inventory systems) Strong communication and customer-handling skills Responsible, trustworthy, and capable of working independently
Working Details

Work Mode:

On-site

Working Hours:

9 hours per day

Working Days:

6 days a week

Weekly Off:

Any one day (Monday or Wednesday)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
