• Proven expertise in surgical oncology techniques and best practices for treating cancer patients (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of cancer biology, including the molecular mechanisms of tumor development and metastasis.
• Experience in administering chemotherapy treatments and managing associated patient care plans.
• Demonstrated ability in performing complex tumor removal surgeries with precision and care.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pathology to accurately diagnose cancerous conditions using laboratory tests.
• Advanced patient care skills, ensuring sensitivity and professionalism in every patient interaction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to develop individualized treatment strategies and overcome healthcare challenges.
• Effective communication abilities to collaborate efficiently with multidisciplinary teams and convey medical information to patients and their families.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Perform surgical oncology procedures while adhering to the highest standards of surgical practices.
• Collaborate with oncology teams to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
• Conduct thorough pre-operative and post-operative assessments to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting treatments and progress assessments.
• Engage in continuous education to stay current with advancements in oncology and surgical techniques.
• Consult with patients and their families to discuss diagnosis, treatment options, and recovery plans.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior surgeons and medical staff as a part of professional development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards within PNT protocols and procedures.
