Surety Bond Executive
Experience Required: 3-5 Years
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
WFH: 2nd & 4th Saturday WFH
Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end processing of Surety Bond cases, including documentation, evaluation, and coordination.
Assess client requirements and eligibility for surety bonds as per insurer and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with clients, insurers, underwriters, banks, and internal teams for smooth issuance of bonds.
Prepare, verify, and maintain all required documentation such as agreements, financials, indemnities, and proposals.
Support underwriting by providing accurate risk-related information and analysis.
Track bond issuance, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
Maintain MIS reports, bond registers, and client records accurately.
Resolve client queries related to surety bonds, timelines, and documentation.
Support business development team by providing technical and process support for surety bond products.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Surety Bonds / Bank Guarantees / Insurance Products
Understanding of risk assessment and underwriting processes
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong documentation and follow-up abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic MIS reporting
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
