Job Description

Oversees equipment maintenance and leads maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance in the organization to ensure a longer lifespan of machines and facilities.

Job Requirements

Overseeing maintenance goal setting, activity scheduling, and performance management to ensure measurable goals, goal satisfaction, and effective staff performance management. Supervising and implementing continuous improvement projects to improve safety, quality, and efficiency through Kaizen, 8D, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Overseeing preventive and condition base maintenance targeting to achieve maximum availability of equipment and zero production downtime. Developing and publishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to correctly utilize and maintain facilities throughout the unit.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
