Planning and execution of received planned orders and ensuring efficient operations to achieve the daily production output. Monitoring priorities, backlogs, breakdowns, and other aspects affecting planned scheduling; participating in finding solutions for repetitive product complaints. Managing the distribution of materials for production. Maintaining labor and material requirements to meet the daily production schedule. Providing support and training for production personnel. Participating in training, development, and performance management for assigned personnel.
