The Supporting Staff plays a key role in assisting the event and decoration team with preparation, setup, execution, and teardown of stage decor and event installations. This role requires physical stamina, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Load, unload, and move decor materials, props, and equipment.
Assist with setting up stage backdrops, decorations, seating, lighting, and event structures.
Support senior decorators and technicians during setup and live events.
Keep the event area clean, organized, and safe.
Dismantle setups and pack materials after events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
