About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Performing Topic research on the internet on various subjects
2. Gathering and processing research data in MS Excel
3. Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, etc.
4. Understanding customer queries and coordinating with the editing/designer/developer/other team to solve them
5. Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars
6. Responding to customer questions via WhatsApp, online chat, and email
7. Scheduling social media posts in apps like buffer, later etc.
8. Coordinate with the team
9. Working on social media scheduling
10. Working on complaint management

Skills and other requirements:

1. Ability to use positive language
2. Time management skill
3. Able to work under pressure
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
5. High level verbal and written communications skills
6. Good flexibility and adaptability and patience
7. UG of any graduate and PG of any postgraduate

Note: You will have a chance to offer a full-time position in the company at the end of your internship, which will be totally dependent on the basis of your performance during the internship period.
