Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide

construction industry ERP

product support

to clients. Resolve client queries and ensure

customer satisfaction

. Conduct

tele-marketing / lead generation calls

for our products. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Assist the sales and operations team with client communication. Share customer feedback with the product team for improvements.

Skills & Qualifications



1-3 years of experience in

customer support / tele calling / tele marketing

. Good communication skills in

English, Hindi, and regional languages

. Ability to explain product features clearly and confidently. Strong

listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills

. Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.

Domain knowledge in the Indian construction industry

will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
