Role Overview

We are looking for

Support Team Executives

to manage smooth communication between customers, delivery partners (riders), and restaurant/vendor partners on the

MyRider

platform.
This role is primarily office-based, focusing on

coordinating orders, handling support calls, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience

for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with restaurants, delivery partners, and customers. Monitor ongoing orders and proactively coordinate between restaurants and riders to ensure timely delivery. Address and resolve order-related issues, including delays, cancellations, or special requests. Update order status and communication logs in internal systems in real time. Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments promptly. Maintain high-quality customer service standards and ensure smooth daily operations. Support team in preparing daily operation reports and delivery summaries.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred). 0-1 year of experience in customer support, operations, or communication roles. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to handle pressure situations. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with order tracking systems. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or evenings if required.
