The Technician Support Staff is responsible for providing on-site and off-site technical assistance, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment or systems. The role involves supporting senior technicians, ensuring timely service delivery, and maintaining records of all service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
installation, servicing, and maintenance
of equipment and systems as per company standards.
Support senior technicians in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Conduct routine
preventive maintenance checks
and ensure equipment functionality.
Manage and maintain
tools, spare parts, and service kits
.
Provide basic
technical support
to clients and escalate complex issues to the supervisor.
Ensure proper documentation of
service reports, maintenance logs, and client feedback
.
Follow all
safety and quality protocols
during on-site and workshop operations.
Coordinate with the operations team for
material dispatches and service schedules
.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Assist in
training or demonstration sessions
when required.
