About Drona Aviation

At Drona Aviation, we built India's first nano-drone - Pluto - and since 2014, we're on a mission to ignite the minds of young learners through hands-on drone technology.

We conduct Summer Camps with our Pluto Drones, enabling learners aged 10 to 30 yrs to learn drone technology, assemble and build a drone, learn to fly and control a drone, tinker and code the drones, in a fun and immersive way in variants of 1 day, 2 day and 5 day Summer Camps.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing product or service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will act as the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in improving our support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshoot issues related to products or services and provide accurate solutions. Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department or senior staff when necessary. Document issues, resolutions, and feedback in internal systems. Assist in creating and maintaining support documentation, FAQs, and user guides. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Engineering, Product) to ensure customer needs are met. Monitor and report recurring issues to help improve processes and product quality. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline or relevant experience. 0-2 years of experience in a support/customer service role (freshers can apply). Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Technical background (for tech support roles) is an added advantage.
