Using webMethods and proprietary internal applications, the EDI Developer creates and maintains EDI based business translations that exchange electronic messages with internal and external systems. You will be part of a team that is responsible for analyzing, developing, testing, installing, and supporting this business-critical information.


We are looking for a smart System Specialist to provide enterprise-level support to our customers 5-8 Years Support Specialist II. This technician will provide support via phone, web, email, chat and other channels as required should be flexible to work in Shifts 24X7, Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Address incoming EDI support and Application Support questions across several Applications in a team environment.
  • Troubleshoot various system issues: bugs, training and resource questions.
  • Liaison between branch operations, development, product owners, and other internal IT teams.
  • Analyze and develop dataflow process improvements.
  • Document dataflow process improvements, new procedures, and troubleshooting methods.
  • Provide education and cross-training within the support groups.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • A Master’s degree in similar discipline is preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience in system engineering and IT support.
  • Proven working experience in enterprise support Analyst, IT support or as a System Analyst
  • In-depth knowledge in the product that the technician is supporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
