Qualifications:
Engineering or other degree backout students who wish to continue their studies along with internship.
Basic computer knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Assist in providing support for software.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and online sessions.
Monitor and report recurring issues.
Maintain records of support activities and customer communications.
Identify potential leads from websites, directories, and social media platforms
Maintain records of leads and marketing activities in CRM.
Prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and results of marketing initiatives.
Accommodation:
Must stay in company bachelor accommodation.
Job Type: Internship (6 months-1year)
Working Hours: 38-40 hours per week, primarily night shifts and Sundays(as per support shift requirement)
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
