Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive
Backend Intern for QA, Call Audit & Support
responsibilities. The intern will be responsible for reviewing call quality, maintaining backend reports, analyzing data, and supporting the operations team with backend tasks. Ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented and interested in QA, operations, and backend workflows.
Key Responsibilities:QA & Call Audit:
Listen to customer and sales calls for
quality checks and compliance
.
Evaluate call recordings based on set parameters (accuracy, communication, process adherence).
Prepare
daily/weekly call audit reports
.
Highlight gaps and share feedback with the respective team.
Backend Support:
Maintain and update backend data, CRM entries, and internal trackers.
Assist in managing student/lead data for the support team.
Generate MIS reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with teams for resolving backend issues.
Data & Process Support:
Organize and analyze call audit results and backend operations data.
Identify improvements in processes and documentation.
Support the QA/Operations team in daily workflow tasks.
Required Skills:
Good communication and listening skills.
Basic understanding of QA/auditing concepts (training will be provided).
Strong knowledge of
Excel/Google Sheets
(VLOOKUP, Filters, Pivot preferred).
Detail-oriented and disciplined with data entry and analysis.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
