Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle call support - assist in resolving student/client queries over phone Provide chat support - respond promptly and professionally to inquiries Maintain accurate records of queries and resolutions Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations Deliver timely updates and escalate issues when required
