Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide timely and effective support to Moodle and WordPress users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on platform usage. Serve as the first point of contact for user-related concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams. Upload and manage content on both Moodle and WordPress platforms, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to established guidelines. Collaborate with content creators to streamline the content upload process and maintain a consistent user experience. Enroll users in Moodle courses, programs, and learning paths, ensuring accurate and timely access to educational materials. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Moodle and WordPress, including but not limited to theme customization, plugin conflicts, and user access problems. Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement solutions for more complex technical challenges. Conduct routine maintenance tasks, updates, and system checks to ensure the stability and security of Moodle and WordPress installations. Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance the user experience. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for common support issues, troubleshooting steps, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to address user needs and improve platform functionality. Provide feedback on common user issues to inform future platform enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in providing technical support for Moodle and WordPress platforms. -
