How will you make an impact in this role?




Function Description:


Partner Payments (MR & Cobrand) team are part of GSM/GBS. The team manages payments to various partners across the globe for various contracts/deals set up with American Express.


Purpose of the Role:


Process payments within SLA for all partners and ensure compliance requirements are met.


Responsibilities:


The individual will be part of the GSM- MR & Cobrand process. Will be responsible for :


1. Processing payments related to various partners


2. Includes payment calculation and review.


3. Contract reviews


4. Detailed analysis of payments and Quality check.


5. Excellent knowledge of MS office tools (especially Ms Excel)


6. Basic Accounting knowledge


7. Focused on achieving 100% accuracy


8. Create presentations, Represent to Sr. Leadership


9. Create reports for payment process


10. Work as an SME for the process and support team and leaders in various situations


11. Working knowledge of payment systems and reporting tools like Oracle, Stream, Axiom, STAR actuate, Tableau, Power Apps etc.


12. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, strong collaboration, and relationship skills


13. Results driven, self-starter, able to lead and influence without direct authority.


14. Ability to be flexible, Multitasker, and demonstrate innovation and learning agility


15. Should ensure compliance with all prevalent procedures and policies linked to the process assigned to him/her.


16. Have strong results-orientation, resourcefulness, and flexibility to overcome significant obstacles to goal achievement in a high-pressure environment


17. Excellent team player with strong inter-personal skills and be able to interact with multiple Employee levels / Business partners / Customers

Academic Background:



Graduate with Commerce background.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance or Payment processing
