The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and creating new business opportunities for Infogain's service offerings. The role requires a mix of analytical research, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills to engage senior business leaders and generate a high-quality sales pipeline.
You will work closely with the Market Unit and Sales teams to understand target industries, identify potential clients, and position Infogain's digital transformation capabilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
+ Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, research, and outreach.
+ Initiate and build relationships with senior business executives by sharing insights and helping them address their business challenges.
+ Develop a deep understanding of prospects' business needs, technology landscape, and key priorities.
+ Leverage your knowledge of Infogain's offerings to align client pain points with our solutions and capabilities.
+ Conduct engaging online conversations and email outreach that generate interest and move prospects through the funnel.
+ Use tools such as
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce,
Apollo.io
, and other automation platforms to manage leads, track activities, and maintain data hygiene.
+ Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs and opportunity progression.
+ Achieve monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings, pipeline creation, and opportunity conversion.
Required Skills & Experience
+ 2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development, preferably in the IT services or B2B technology sector.
+ Proven experience in researching target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and generating high-quality leads.
+ Hands-on experience with
Salesforce CRM

, or similar tools.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly.
+ Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a data-driven approach to sales.

Preferred
+ Exposure to digital transformation, cloud, or product engineering domains.
+ Familiarity with sales prospecting in North America or EMEA regions.
