Listen to and review support calls (inbound & outbound) for quality checks.
Evaluate agents on communication, process adherence, and problem-solving.
Document errors, improvement areas, and provide structured feedback.
Assist in preparing daily/weekly quality reports.
Work with team leads to recommend improvements in customer handling.
Support training and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Graduate/Final-year student (any discipline).
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Interest in call auditing, customer support, and process improvement.
