Key Responsibilities

Weigh, record, and verify gold input and output to maintain accurate metal accounting. Handle fluxes, crucibles, and other materials required for melting operations. Support in pouring, casting, and cooling of molten gold into required forms (bars, grains, or moulds). Clean and maintain melting equipment, crucibles, and work area to meet hygiene and safety standards. Follow all safety protocols for handling high temperatures and precious metals. Assist in regular maintenance checks and report any equipment issues immediately. Maintain daily production logs and assist in periodic stock reconciliation with the accounts/assay team. Comply with all regulatory and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

ITI/Diploma in Metallurgy, Mechanical, or related field. (12th pass with relevant experience may also be considered.)

Experience:

1-3 years Strong focus on accuracy, safety, and cleanliness. Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
