Job Summary
We are looking for a
Support Executive
with strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. The role involves handling client interactions, providing software support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating in
English, Hindi, and Bengali
, and should be willing to learn healthcare software workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients using ThinkLab software
Handle inbound and outbound client communication via calls, emails, and messaging platforms
Understand client issues related to software functionality, reports, billing, login access, and workflows
Provide step-by-step guidance and troubleshooting support
Assist clients during onboarding, implementation, and training sessions
Coordinate with the technical and development teams for bug reporting and issue escalation
Track, document, and update all client issues in support systems
Follow up regularly to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Support clients during software updates, enhancements, and new feature rollouts
Maintain professionalism and service quality in all client interactions
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Bengali
(verbal)
Strong listening and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of software applications (LMS/ERP/CRM preferred)
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
Good time management and ability to handle multiple support requests
Willingness to learn healthcare and laboratory workflows
Preferred Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in software support, customer support, or IT helpdesk
Experience in healthcare, diagnostic lab, or hospital software is a strong advantage
Graduate or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory)
Familiarity with laboratory processes, billing, reports, and patient data handling is a plus
