We are looking for a motivated and energetic

Support Executive - Real Estate Lead Generation

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the sales team to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads. Explain real estate project details clearly and professionally to clients. Maintain a strong follow-up system and ensure timely updates. Understand customer needs and connect them with the right project/team. Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM. Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification:

HSC Pass

Minimum 6 months experience

in telesales / telecalling / lead generation (Preferred)

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer queries professionally Basic computer knowledge
