How You Will Make an Impact
Handle attendance, canteen, and transport-related records.
Support administration of welfare initiatives such as marriage gift cards, girl child education allowance, and celebrations. Ensure accurate and timely data management of employee records.
Provide day-to-day support to factory employees on HR and welfare matters.

Coordinate with HR team for periodic audits and reporting requirements.
What You Bring
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Arts/Management preferred), preferred experience 1 to 2 years.
Fluency in Telugu (mandatory) and working knowledge of English/Hindi.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in data management.
Willingness to travel locally to government offices as required.
Prior experience in operation support and clerical support is an advantage
Proactive and reliable with strong integrity.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with blue-collar workforce.
Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
Customer-focused and collaborative approach in handling employee needs.
