Ready to manage clients' inquiries, Software Training and complaints.
Must have a good command in English language in order to provide effective phone, desk side and e-mail support.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Electronics & Communication. Any Field
The ability to priorities their workload.
Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to clients.
Client Interaction: Respond to client enquiries through various communication channels( phone, email, in - person or gmeet)
Excellent communication skills,confident and strong personality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
