Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, complaints, and resolutions in CRM systems.
Provide product/service guidance and support to customers to ensure a seamless experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and reduce recurring issues.
Monitor customer feedback and assist in identifying areas for service improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; relevant work experience may be considered.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional demeanor.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or support software.
Team player with a customer-first attitude and attention to detail.
Preferred:
Experience in fintech customer support.
