Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via calls, chats, and emails.
Provide product knowledge, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Log and track issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher support teams as needed.
Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic service.
Collect and share customer feedback to improve product and service quality.

Requirements
0-2 years of experience in customer support (freshers welcome).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving ability with patience and empathy.
Night shift only
Language preferences- English with very good communication skills
Bilingual (English + Spanish)
Bilingual (English + Punjabi
