Position: Support Executive

Experience: 0-1

Working days: 5 days working (work from office only)

Night shift/ Rotational shift

Location: Gurgaon

SKILL REQUIRED -



:

Good Communication skills Knows about database, SQL ,Dot net, jquerry Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat Identify the needs and help them Outbound and inbound calls. Have to make calls and answer them also. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members There will be a night shift without any cab facilities
Skill Required:

Fluent oral and written communication skills (English) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Multi-tasking abilities Patience when handling tough cases

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
