We are looking for a

Technical Chat Support Executive

to assist customers via online chat and provide solutions to technical queries. The role requires good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities



Handle customer queries through live chat, email, or ticketing system. Provide

step-by-step technical guidance

to resolve issues related to products/services. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Ensure timely responses while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product features, updates, and troubleshooting methods.

Required Skills

:-

1-3 years of experience in a customer support role or similar. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions. Basic technical knowledge (computers, internet, mobile apps, troubleshooting). Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving mindset. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM or internal dashboard.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
