Required Skills

1-3 years of experience in a customer support role or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
Basic technical knowledge (computers, internet, mobile apps, troubleshooting).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
