Your Tasks.

Application support & Client 1st level coordination Godd to have Use the SharePoint & Power Platform technologies Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities Collaborate with end users to understand their incident or service tickets and resolve them within define SLAs

Your Qualification:

Bachelor / master's degree in computer science, AI, Information Technology, or related field 1+ years of experience in Application support Good problem-solving and analytical skills and strong communication skills At TUV SUD, we have employees from more than 100 different countries collaborating together.
