Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer queries and complaints via calls or emails.
Coordinate with technicians and service teams to ensure timely support.
Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and resolutions.
Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction.
Prepare daily and weekly service reports for management.
Ensure a professional, courteous, and solution-driven approach in every interaction.
Requirements
Fluent in English (spoken and written) - mandatory
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or after-sales support (freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
Willingness to work morning shift (6 AM to 3 PM)
